About me

Guiding others toward emotional wellbeing has been the focus of my professional life for more than a decade. 

My formal and informal education are focused at the intersection of psychology, neuroscience, education, and leadership. I have a master’s degree in clinical psychology, a postmaster credential in school psychology, and a doctorate in educational leadership.
